という意味になります。
尖塔（せんとう）という日本語はそこまで馴染みがありませんが、建物の一番上にとりつけるシンボルといったところでしょうか。 日本のお城で言えば鯱（しゃちほこ）、に相当します。（これも馴染み深いとは言えませんが・・・）

It's a 22 ton structure that will house all state of the art lighting facilities as well as a beacon that will be seen for miles around and give a tremendous indication to people around the entire region and the world that we're back and we're better than ever.
